Assembly was straight-forward, and all the pieces fit together as they were supposed to (no problems with poor alignment or bad screw threads as I have encountered with similar assemblies in the past).That said, and this is the reason for only giving 4 stars instead of five, there were absolutely no instructions for mounting the unit to the wall. Not being a complete fitness buff, it would have been nice to have some indications for the proper install height for the various functions. There were also no instructions for using the anchors that were provided.
