Arrived the same day I ordered, very impressive shipping speed. The De’Longhi water filter fits perfectly and works exactly as described. Easy to install, no leaks, and noticeably improves water taste in my espresso machine. Great value and reliability for routine maintenance.

Works perfect

I have a whole house water filter and water softener. My pipes have no residue in them. Any water splashes in the kitchen or bathrooms never leave any residue anywhere. But for sure, when I first changed my Delonghi coffee machine filter after a year, which was 10 months after the recommended time :(, my coffee tasted noticeably better! I learned my lesson. These filters work wonderfully and truly do make the coffee better.

This product may cost a bit more but you get a longer length of time before needing to replace it.

These are a little more pricey but easy to set up. Used the last one for five months. After putting new new one in I didn't notice any difference in taste. Coffee maker works fine with these.

Recently, we noticed a change in the taste of our coffee, prompting us to conduct a thorough descaling and cleaning process. Simultaneously, we decided to install purchase and install a new filter, as we were nearing the recommended two-month replacement interval. The replacement filter, acquired from Amazon at a more cost-effective rate compared to the DeLonghi website, arrived in a sealed DeLonghi box. Upon inspection, we observed distinct differences between the new filter and the original one that came with the machine. Notably, the new filter is taller and exhibits slight variations in its shape. After installing the new filter, we brewed a fresh cup of coffee and found that the taste returned to its normal, delightful profile. This positive outcome, coupled with the cost savings, leaves us with no complaints, and we would gladly consider purchasing this filter again. For your reference, I have attached photos for a side-by-side comparison of the new and original filters, with the new filter on the left.
