Only one side worked and it was shipped in wrong box and no directions think it was used

It starts to heat up and then the light goes out. When I try turning it off and on again, it just keeps turning off before it gets hot. Defective. I wouldn’t waste my time. There are a lot of reviews having the same issue. I should have read more reviews before I bought it.

The iron has a short and does not stay hot

Desde la primera vez que fui a usarlo noté que se prende y no llega a calentar bien porque se apaga y vuelve a prender y no calienta lo suficiente y se vuelve apagar ,me puse en contacto con el vendedor y quedó en resolver la situación y no ha hecho nada
