Madison Square Lightweight Hardside Chevron Expandable Spinner Luggage, Black, 2-Piece Set (20" & 28")

My luggage set was in perfect condition when it arrived. I’ve used my luggage set on a few road trips and it’s still just as beautiful. I am not sure how these pieces will hold up flying because the hard shell is so thin. My fear is it’ll break and I’ll have to buy luggage to get back home. Both pieces are rather large and spacious which makes traveling for week long trips a BREEZE. Overall I think they are stylish and lightweight. Due to my fear of flying with these pieces I plan to purchase the soft shell version of these bags.

This is, without a doubt, THE ABSOLUTE WORST SUITCASE I have ever owned! I purchased this pair of suitcases for an upcoming trip to Florida, and needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of these suitcases. Don’t buy this item if you expect to use it more than once. It didn’t even make it through the airport without breaking on the first use! The expansion zipper was ripped off by the airport belts, and the zipper tab to open the suitcase broke off as well. Pretty sad that you’ll spend almost $200 on a set of suitcases just to have them not even last one full trip. I am very upset and wish I would have spent my hard earned money elsewhere. The company obviously doesn’t care about quality one bit, so I will never buy a Kenneth Cole product again. I would recommend you look at a samsonite suitcase if you want durability. These suitcases are an absolute joke when it comes to quality. If you want your items to potentially be spilled all over the airports conveyor belts, by all means, buy this piece of garbage.

This is a fantastic luggage. I used it on my trip to Cancún and the top handle was broken by the baggage workers at the airport. The luggage was only about 30 pounds but I know how rough they can be. I sent an email to the warranty people and they sent me a brand new luggage to replace the broken one! Very happy with the customer service and luggage overall.

I love the initial appearance of these suitcases and the gold zippers are a bonus! The tags say they have a lifetime warranty so that makes the purchase reassuring past the normal return window They are also very sturdy and roomy! They hold more than standard luggage of the same height. The wheels are spinner style and very smooth and easy to handle. So far they are very scratch resistant thru plane handling and wheels are very secure I love this set!

We bought these for an international trip. We were packing them up the night before the trip. Once the big one was packed, I picked it up by the handle and it ripped right off. I then tried the other handle and same result. Putting it on the scale it weighed about 47.5 lbs. This thing should hold 50 lbs at the least. Absolutely worthless luggage. Total waste of money. I did not trust the luggage after that. We had to scramble to find a checked bag at the last minute. This bag will go in the garbage. The carry-on faired better, but not by much. The telescoping handle would not locked in the up position. The spinner wheels did not work very well. They would jam periodically and would not spin or roll. I toppled that bag several times at the airport because of this. The whole set is totally worthless. I spent hundreds on this set. Don't waste your time with it.

The Kenneth Cole REACTION Madison Square Lightweight Hardside Chevron Expandable Spinner is both stylish and spacious, perfect for any trip. Its lightweight design and smooth-rolling wheels make it easy to maneuver through airports. However, the handle on the larger suitcase broke on my first trip, and it only weighed 50lbs. I was able to fix it but it happened a second time so I don't trust that it won't happen again.

I absolutely love it. It’s the ideal fit for what it had multiple colors I chose brown little skeptical about the price of the price was dead on the quality there could be a little bit more cushioning in the inside. I’m gonna get a lot of wear and tear out of it cause I travel 3 to 4 times a year. I love it.

I love the way these bags look and move, but I have had nothing but terrible luck with them. On the 2nd flight the large back cracked and one of the wheels fell off. As soon as I got that suitcase replaced I ended up having to check the carry on and then it was returned with the same problem. I'm still waiting (3 months now) to get a replacement from the company for the carry on. Also, the first time I used the replacement for the checked bag, the internal zipper area became separated from the seam by about 4 inches. It's too bad they're not made better because I love the look. However, having to deal with their crappy customer service and a replacement every other trip is definitely not worth it!

Zip broke after a few uses. I wouldn’t recommend. Wheel broke off.

Please don’t buy these the wheels aren’t durable. Lost a wheel in Germany and had to buy a new suitcase because I still had other countries to travel to.

Looks great but the top grip handle is weak. Broke as sook as my bag was packed and I lifted it up. Such a pity because that's a lot of money to spend on a suitcase that I can't use again
