Got a bike trainer and needed something for my sore legs. This works pretty well, rolls nice and smooth with a gentle but firm pressure on loosing my leg muscles. Sturdy enough I don't ever see it breaking. Its working well for what I need, but does seem to have limited uses.

Very pleased with this muscle roller stick which I am using to prevent deep vein thrombosis. It is very well made and sturdy. I like that the size is easily transportable so it can be used everywhere. The roller stick functions as designed with smooth turning of the movable parts that help with muscle tightness and pain relief for better circulation. I would purchase this again.

Must have for muscle issues, or just for a massage. Had knee surgery, hamstring and quad muscles extremely sore, and not releasing. This roller helps to relax them, alleviate pain until the muscles get out of spasm. Muscles have been in spasm for months now, so this gives some relief, better than medications that aren't working. Plus the increased blood flow that is so necessary! GREAT PURCHASE!!!

After breaking my toe, I was determined to stay in shape, even if I couldn't put weight on my injured leg. So, I laid out a yoga mat and worked out the leg with the broken toe to keep it strong. However, this led to sore muscles, especially because I had to rely on a walker with a chair to move around. In an effort to alleviate the muscle soreness, I purchased the Yansyi Muscle Roller Stick with high hopes for relief. Unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The hard plastic material of the roller stick didn't feel comfortable on my sore muscles, and it didn't provide the relief I was seeking. One suggestion for improvement would be to replace the hard plastic with a softer rubber or foam material. This change could make a significant difference in the comfort and effectiveness of the roller stick, especially for those using it on sore or sensitive areas. Additionally, the roller stick's hard plastic didn't roll smoothly, which added to the discomfort. However, I appreciate its simplicity and ease of use due to its straightforward design. In conclusion, while the Yansyi Muscle Roller Stick is a simple and easy-to-use therapy instrument, I believe using a higher quality and more comfortable material could greatly enhance its effectiveness and user experience. As it stands, it fell short in providing the relief I was hoping for in dealing with my sore muscles.

It was for my mom post surgery to relieve her tight leg muscles and she love sit. It has worked great! I plan to use for my post run tighten muscles.

What a life saver. Wow. This is exactly what I needed. My quads and calf muscles were so tight and tense last week from my long runs so I decided to try this. After the first night of massaging, my run was so much better the next day and I physically felt the muscles more relaxed during my run. Then I used it again the next night and all the knots have been completely relaxed in my quads and calf muscles. I'm beyond impressed. Would highly recommend. :-)
