what are the two colors all the way to the right?

They are a purple and a lighter purple for accent on the top right. I like all colors in this pack. Not too dark and not too frosted.

Is this eyeshadow blendable? Much fallout?

If you use brushes, you just have to use a light touch when applying the color to the brush or you will have excess that ends up on your cheeks. I use a blending brush for all of my eyeshadows and it works perfectly for this palette too. :)

Does anyone know the names of the individual shades included in this palette? i mostly use two shades, the bottom row second and third from the right.

I don't know the official names and they're not on the label, but they are as follows: Top row L-R: light peach, bronze, taupe, khaki, lilac (all frost except khaki) Bottom row L-R: cafe-au-lait, light pink, medium brown, pale pink, dark purple (all frost except brown and pale pink) All colors go on fairly light with the brush provided. For darker coverage apply more or use a sponge applicator (not included).
