Ok first of all this thing dried my hair in 15 minutes! The attachments are so cool and helpful you get a Defuser,TWO different hair brushes, and 1 more attachment! 4 in one it is AMAZING! Works so well and it even helps me with my curling ability so that’s a plus! It work great on my thick hair so that’s amazing! The handle is a perfect thickness for my hands and it is Worth the cost!!!! A quick tip is the attachments get really hot so it is best not to detach immediately it might burn if you hold it too long! Love this item so much!!!!!

Worth every penny! My hair takes forever to dry, and because of a prior injury it is hard to blowdry and straightening causes damage. It saves time and my hair from heat damage. I love the different attachments and how easy it is to switch between them. I feel like this would be great to travel with as is does not take up too much space, I replaced an entire drawer of hair tools with just this. I cannot speak on longevity of the product as it is fairly new, but I've been using CHI products for years now and they have yet to disappoint. Hands down greatest purchase I've ever made for my hair!

The small tiny plastic piece that keeps the brush attachments attached broke after only a couple months use. Because it’s cheap plastic. There’s no way to fix it. There’s only two small plastic pieces that hold the attachments on when you click them in and that broke on the handle part and so this is now useless. Horrible design and bad quality.

Very bulky but does the job well. My first brush/blower and I was very pleased. I can dry, smooth and shape with one tool and not torture my hair. I have shoulder length hair. It might not be so great on shorter hair. The adjustable air flow works well for me as well. Missing one star for large size and no smaller brush sizes for styling.

This blow dryer brush works wonderfully. I especially love the paddle attachment - my hair comes out as smooth as can be like when I leave the salon. However, I have two complaints about the product. One is that when I put on the round brush attachment as I'm pulling the brush through my hair I have noticed that one side of the brush will start lifting off of the base - fortunately I noticed immediately and stopped and took the brush from my hair and put the attachment back on fully (I have seen other reviews where people have said that the attachment broke off). The other problem is that the handle is fat at the bottom and gets skinnier as it goes up, making your hands want to go further up the handle to use it, however if you slide towards the top then you risk pushing the little button that releases the brush attachment - and there is a button on each side, so again if you hit one and not the other, the brush will again lift off of one side making it easy to break the other attachment. - I am being very cautious when I use it to not break that attachment. I do not notice the same lifting occurring with the paddle attachment as with the round brush so I'm not sure if the tabs on the round brush are just not quite the full size that they should be allowing one side to slip out. - Works great but the engineering quality is way off - especially for a CHI which always had a long-lasting name. Disappointed for the price that it is so poorly made, but the result of use is really good.

this blowdryer is the best i've ever used, until it exploded on me! i bought it in 2021 and it's been amazing since, but a couple of weeks ago it started sparking into my hair and stopped working. came to buy another and the product has doubled in price! better than any other blow dry brush option but i can't justify the price, and it doesn't come with the correct plug despite being sold in the aus store

It’s super easy to use, result is amazing, all the attachments work well, but it the device gets REALLY hot after use, to a point where it’s difficult to change the attachment because it is just too hot to touch
