I got an Ender 3 v2 straight from Creality as my first 3D printer and it certainly lived up to its name - it completely ended my interest in 3D printing. After a month of cleaning/tweaking/upgrading it still wouldn't print reliably. I ultimately sent it back, but because I didn't go through the right channels, they won't refund my money. Stay away from Creality products.
