A: These fit on my 1988 f-150 but as long as the thread pitch and size is the same then I would imagine you wouldn’t have any issues.

A: I don't know for sure since the 99 -06 (some 07) GMC / Chevrolets are a different body styles.  But if this helps and I used to have a wrecking yard . I noticed for years a lot of things like this were interchangeable , for instance door strikers fit for years. Sorry I could not confirm
