1st time purchase of Cloves. I soak and chew them 6-10 per day for digestive support. Has been about 2 weeks or so of regular use. I have definitely noticed a difference, including less sweet cravings and less hunger, reduced inflammation. Would recommend this specific brand. Very fragrant and high quality.
