I do not take my K2 with D3 as an excess of D3 is the likely cause of some minor nose bleeding. However, due to my dietary needs, this is a good addition to the lack of sufficient K2 in most multivitamins, if not all!

Easy to swallow and great pice

My friend has had teeth problems for a long time now and mentioned K2 was an essential vitamin for teeth health. I'm taking it for other reasons like general health for starters. People use to eat beef liver regularly and had no problems finding vitamin K2 but as humanity has devolved so has our health, knowledge and so on. Another great product though and I highly recommend it.

It’s hard to tell if it’s working, but I don’t notice any negative side effects. Sooo hopefully the supplement is legit. I bought it to help me properly absorb my vitamin d supplements. Don’t forget to take with a meal containing fat!
