- REPAIR DAMAGED CONCRETE: Permanently bonds concrete and most rigid materials. This epoxy crack filler seals cracks and replaces missing concrete. It restores columns, walls, ceilings, foundations, pools, rails, stair risers, treads, and sculptures.

**Q: How hard does this stuff get when cured?**
A: It gets fairly hard but not brittle hard. I see it as epoxy PL-400. I have used it to adhere abocrete in patches to repair front steps in the Midwest. Worked great, patches have held up for 9 years so far.
