Valerian Root Extract by Christopher's 2fl oz

This product works well for me. I have been ordered it for years however the last 2x's I have order this, they keep sending valerian nerve. I will have to find another vendor because they keep sending the wrong extract.

I got this product from the local herbal store for my father. Since then I do believe I have ordered multiple bottles. I ordered one for myself, neighbors, had one sent to my mother, and extra bottles to have on hand. This extract makes using the valerian root more tolerable with the taste and smell while working in the same manner as the root tea, which I have to be totally truthful I still drink the tea version when I have a headache at home. This product has helped my with my father's medical problems. I can NEVER tell you how much it means to know that a loved, is no longer in the pain and that the pain is removed with a herbal product QUICKLY. I watched my father's shaking from pain visible go way in minutes. Everyone that I have told about this product is using it with success on the results.

This valerian is the best quality I've ever used! So many of the capsules have a horrible smell/taste. This is actually mild in scent & flavor. I use 1 full dropper in my tea (any flavor) most evenings. If I am having trouble sleeping at 3 am, I may use 1/3 of a dropper full under my tongue. It's just enough to do the trick without making me oversleep & wake up groggy...

I really like this. It doesn’t make me sleepy or woozy like some relaxants but helps the tension in my neck and shoulders significantly. The only downside is I actually have to take about 3 times the recommeded portion. So three droppers instead of one.

First thing, valerian is a root, therefore it’s going to taste a little earthy. It’s supposed to taste not that great. To me though, it almost had a sweetness to it when I put it under my tongue. It doesn’t knock me out so much as it just relaxes the heck out of my body. Definitely wouldn’t drive with this, but it does help with tension and stress :)

Doesn’t work at all. Do not west your money.Not posable to return it even by Amazon no matter they say”30 days”.

I did notice a difference with my sleep and it was better rest than without using this product. I did however notice that after a few days of use it doesn't work as well as the initial use. Gradually it becomes ineffective and you get no benefit from it. If you stop using it for a few days and then try again it will work.This is most effective when used occasionally and not on a daily basis. Your body will build a tolerance for it and it will not work after a week or two of daily use. Once every 3 days seems to be the threshold for keeping it effective for myself. You may find that it works differently for you.I do recommend this. It did help me sleep well and continues to do so as long as I don't use it daily and only use it occasionally.

Doesn't have a wonderful taste, but it's not that bad either. Highly recommend for help with anxiety during the day, or as an addition to other sleep aids at night. It works well for me in combination with other things, which I switch up every now and again so they don't lose their effect. This tends to happen with me - I build up a tolerance. If you find this and are looking for alternatives, I highly recommend this particular valerian and also Formula 303; which is also an herbal remedy. I use it for anxiety - particularly test anxiety - it worked wonderfully.
