Recommended charging is at 25-30%, anything less overall product battery life shortens (try not to let device go red, it kills battery)
(charging @ 10%) lasted 12 months, i got tired of charging daily
(charging @ 20-30%) no problems soo far,  over a year

**Q: Does the heart rate moniter do a 24/7 check or do i have to manually start it?**
A: Yes, it will record 24/7 as long as charged and you can sync to another app (life log or something like that) and look at a scale.

**Q: Is this the international version?**
A: I bought it and it works outside the US.

**Q: Does it tell time?**
A: No. It does not have a time display.
