I grabbed the 6-pack of Nissin Cup Noodles Stir Fry Teriyaki Beef on a whim, hoping for something easy that didn’t taste like regret. And honestly? It delivered. The noodles come out with a nice texture not mushy, not too firm and the sauce is sweet, garlicky, and just savory enough to feel like a decent takeout shortcut. It’s not exactly restaurant level teriyaki, but for a microwave meal that’s ready in under five minutes, it’s solid. The portion is small, so it’s more of a snack or light lunch unless you dress it up with veggies or protein. I’ve tossed in leftover chicken or frozen broccoli and it actually felt like a real meal. The only downside? The smell while it’s cooking is intense. Like, what are you nuking in there? But once it cools down, the flavor mellows out and it’s pretty satisfying. If you’re looking for a quick fix that’s better than plain ramen but still budget-friendly, this one’s worth keeping in the pantry.

I've tried three flavors of these so I'll give my opinion on each: Beef teriyaki: These beef teriyaki flavored stir fry cup noodles are pretty tasty, although the broth lacks the sweetness you would normally associate with teriyaki. I add a half teaspoon of brown sugar to them which helps bring out a better teriyaki flavor. Korean BBQ: Good broth although could be sweeter, needs more veggies Spicy sweet Thai chili: These are by far the best flavor out of the three I've tried! Very nice sweet flavor with just the perfect amount of spiciness. It could use more veggies though

After a long day, I just popped this into the microwave for 4 minutes and had a rich, flavorful meal in no time. The Korean BBQ sauce is bold and satisfying, the noodles have a good bite, and the veggies — green beans and cabbage — add a pleasant texture. It’s a strong go-to when I don’t want to cook but still want something tasty. One small suggestion: the sauce is quite intense, so adding a splash of hot water helps mellow it out and makes it even more balanced.

There is nothing physically wrong with the noodles but the just have no flavor. I love Korean BBQ but I just can’t taste it in these. I ended up using chili oil in order to have some flavor. I’ve had other varieties of these and have always been satisfied with them. Idk why but these have no flavor.

Love these. Quick and tasty. Ended up buying cute bowls to cook them in.
