Great alternative for my spaghetti!
I think the texture is more comparable to typical pasta noodles (compared to shirataki noodles or other gluten free versions) and these noodles take on the flavor of your sauce. It’s best to under cook these noodles by 2-3 minutes of the recommended cooking time.

Delicious replacement for wheat pasta
We have been using shirataki noodles instead of wheat pasta. We tried these and love them! They have a really good taste and act like regular pasta. They are tender, unlike shirataki noodles. Just don’t cook them too long. The color which is kind of purple can be weird but it makes delicious shrimp scampi. Yum!

Impressively good!
Sorghum is a healthy food and it is gluten free. This pasta is great because you can cook it al dente and it stays that way. So close to regular pasta, you might not even be able to tell except for the color. Very happy with it. Have purchased again.

Acceptable taste and substitute with lower glycemic indes and no gluten free if no wheat
I wanted to taste Sorghum product to decide whether or not to grow sorghum or to use the flour in products as it has lower potential to spike blood sugar. It tasted fine. Some of the bean or lentil pasta has different taste so adoption is a little harder. This had only very mild sweetness but tasted like pasta. I did get sorghum flour as I can see how this can be part of a healthier home made products. Easy to make the switch. It is more expensive, but also healthier alternative or use to replace some of wheat flour. Texture is a little softer than wheat flour pasta and it it gluten free but if mix with wheat flour, then is just less gluten.

Excellent GF pasta
This is ancient grain sorghum pasta. Very high nutrition value, much better texture than rice pastas. Texture is closest I've to traditional pastas. If you have GF friends & family members, keep this in your pantry!

Love this pasta
I made it for mom recently with grass fed meatballs and pesto sauce. She was very impressed. The quality, the fiber, the health benefits. I don’t feel guilty eating pasta anymore. I will be sticking with sorghum for a long time. Thank you for this healthy alternative.

Bloated feeling
Cooked well, good texture! It did not agree with me. Felt bloated and gassy. I will be purchasing more of the Millet pasta.
