I am impressed! It's gorgeous! Backflow works beautifully! Be aware though, the cones it came with are tolerable, but not great. So if you buy one, get cones too. There is a tiny issue with residue stains, but I found that a moistened towel will remove most of it. This dragon is awesome, and I will add it to my ceramic collection with love 💕

Had an issue where the incense that came with it's oils clogged the top of the hole and they dont burn very well... Buy your own cones and make sure to keep the top hole clean.

I read the reviews before deciding to purchase this product and there were mixed reviews on the scent of the cones. Some good, many not, but I decided I'd try it anyway. This is my first backflow incense and I think that with all the cones mixed together and sitting for who knows how long in a warehouse that all the scents mixed together to get the bad smell they now have. There was barely any of the original base scent detectable. There's nothing wrong with the dragon statue and its not hard to clean, though I do wish there was a "dish" that you could easily remove the cone ash from the statue like I had on my old dragon incense burner.

Works and looks great but don’t use the cones that come with it. Even after reading the many warnings in the reviews I still did use one and they’re nasty. Made my house and the dragon smell like I lit a camp fire in my living room and the smell REALLY lingers! Do yourself a favor and buy some good ones to go with it. Trust me, take my word for it.

EDIT: Taking more stars off because I can no longer get this thing clean enough to where the smell of gross burnt residue isn't just permanently there. I followed cleaning instructions(as little as there are) to the letter and there are stains and smells that will NOT come out. It's now sitting in a closet in a ziploc bag so the smell doesn't bother anyone. Wish I never bought this, it's more hassel than it's worth! What a horrible quality product! >:( Original review: I absolutely LOVE the actual incenser. The smoke coming from the dragon is mystifying. WHEN USED WITH A GOOD CONE! Tried to use the cones that came with and they didn't 'backflow' until it was almost burned completely through. I used the cones I got from my cousin instead (see video). Cleaning up is also a bit of a pain because of the stickiness of the oils in the cones. Otherwise it's a great purchase.

I bought this for my son, and is really enjoying it. Make sure you buy back-flow cones to use with this incense burner. You can also use the sticks, since there is a place to insert one. It does look quite messy after using, so you might want to brush off after each use.

I liked the tranquil affect and product design as well as the Indian bag of incense that comes with! Great present, I had to keep it but I’m ordering two more!

I love this dragon. The downflow of the incense smoke is wonderful.
