I like this vitamin. It gives me a lot of energy and I feel healthier. Although the price is cheaper than most similar vitamins, I had to end up buying them more often since you have to take 4 a day. This can get pricey along with cumbersome if you take several other supplements . I got the products fast but I had a few capsules that were half empty. There was powder in the bottom of the bottle. All in all, I will definitely buy again. I just hope they can make them more convenient.

Whole Foods are essential for your health and Herbtonics offers everything you need in order to supplement your diet when unable to consume the nutrients our body needs on a daily basis. I love that these are made with organic ingredients, with no GMOs, and vegan! Awesome product! And they just got added to subscribe and save! Can't be happier.

For the price point of this multivitamin it’s very very good, I’ve been taking supplements for decades and if I try a new one I can tell if it’s up to par very quickly. Especially if the B vitamin isn’t quality, and isn’t enough RDA I feel it in my nervous system very quickly. Not a dealbreaker by any means but it does have a slightly interesting smell, I think that’s part of its potency ultimately. I’m happy to say that this one holds up on all levels, I think I’m on my third bottle!

I had been taking a natural vitamin for years that was very expensive from a specialty pharmacy. It was becoming too much of a hassle and cost, so I decided to switch. My previous vitamin worked well with my body so I was nervous to switch. This vitamin is great! I feel really good when I take it...no adverse reactions. The vitamin doesnt taste bad and is easy to swallow. I'd prefer it wasn't 4 pills a day, but I'll take it! Definitely recommend.

I was really excited to take these, it had been a long time since a multivitamin was part of my daily routine. I'm a typically healthy 26 yr old female, I started taking these as directed for two weeks. After the two week mark, one night I got these insane painful cramps that I assumed were just menstrual - until they turned into one constant pain that felt like I was in labor (I have a 6 yr old, no issues with my reproductive organs or anything prior to this vitamin). The pain came with vomiting and just kept getting worse so I went to the ER in the middle of the night, long story short I had a giant hemorrhagic cyst on my left ovary and was rushed to the OR after that to get it removed. The cyst had torsed my ovary, cutting off its blood supply and had to be surgically corrected. After I recovered from this weird rare event, I started doing some digging and read a scientific article about a study done on women regarding folate levels. High levels of folate caused most women in the study group to grow abnormal ovarian cysts, so I looked back at the label for these vitamins - they contain over 270% of your daily folate. Strange that I've never had this issue until I took these vitamins, and the doctor said it's a super rare but dangerous thing to happen. Something I wouldn't have even thought of, but I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Could be a really odd coincidence but just wanted to share my experience. Needless to say I won't start taking these again and may try to find a lower folate option.

I was very happy to find this product. I have numerous food allergies and always have difficulty finding a supplement that I can tolerate. This one is soy free, dairy free and gluten free. I have just finished a full bottle and can tell I feel more energized. I am happy knowing my body is getting the nutrition it needs. My search for a high quality, affordable multivitamin is finally over!

Pros: Excellent blend with many things I would consider taking separately and at a reasonable price. If you took them separately it would cost quite a bit. Cons: you have to take 4 of them, and they are all covered in powder, hits with an immediate nauseating fishy taste. Conclusion: I want to love them even with 4 capsules it would be worthwhile but I can’t get past that taste, I feel nauseated just thinking about them. If they were in better sealed capsules and better handled to avoid dust these would be amazing.

I haven't used but a few days. Will up date after I have used them longer. They arrived fast and in good condition. Slight smell but not bad. Easy to swallow. UPDATE: I feel like I have more energy. The probiotics seem to be helping my stomach. These were recommended by a dental tech .She said gut problems can actually be a cause of teeth issues .
