Very high quality. Can reuse it again and again. Make sure your buy the right grit. I, being an unknowledgeable dude, got this one. The grit on one side is a bit course. It might be perfect for a thick toe nail. The other side is perfect for my finger nails.

Very course and works quickly. Lasts a long time and does not wear or tear easily. No need to trim nails with this product around. Good grit, performed better than all board I have tried. It is also the most expensive. But I guess good quality comes at a premium.

I have a smaller one of this brand. I thought this was a bargain package, quantity '8', but as I re-tracked the order, it does say '8 1/2' as the size. My bad! Though, for one I thought the price exorbitant, plus for shipping one small item in such a large envelope, I would have bunched it together with another order. Not taking any stars away for my oversight... The product is adequate for the use. Just wish it were something like $2!

I purchased this for my mother, then my husband, when I saw how well it smoothed down their toenails. Especially on the nails that have the thick fungal growth. It’s basically a coarse grade of sandpaper that’s shaped and compressed into an easy-to-handle nail file. And what’s really great is you can wash it and disinfect it! I typically hold it under hot water after each use (I wouldn’t advise soaking it), then I pat it dry, spray it with a disinfectant that’s safe for your skin, and pat it dry again; then set out to air dry. Not sure how long it will last, but it beats a trip to the podiatrist just to have my Mom’s nails “sanded” down to take the rough, jagged edges off.
