I have used this as part of my ongoing healthy lifestyle which I’ve found very beneficial for myself. In my opinion this is a positive addition to my overall good health. I do see my doctor for regular visits to include blood work and laboratory tests as well. Everyone should consult with your doctor before taking any vitamins or supplements.

My wife has an autoimmune disease. Within about 3 weeks she felt much better. It did not completely take away her pain.

Ok so I was super skeptical. I've tried all of the natural anti-inflammatories on the market. I did a good amount of research on this on and considered the potential side effects. If you take this you really need to know what those are. That being said. I got the bottle and took my first dose before bed. Other than 2 pills a day, no one ever talks about the best time of day to take it. I slept through the night and woke up with NO PAIN. I was diagnosed with RA in 2018 after years of daily pain. I chose the holistic route instead of hydroxychloroquine and methotrexate. No pain in the morning is heaven! I can wake up and actually pop out of bed. No waiting for my body to warm up and get going. The next day I took it at noon and I was able to do an incredible amount of house work and run a lot of errands. The next day I took it first thing in the morning and again was able to sustain energy pain free all day. I did notice this time it wore off a bit by bedtime. So after trying different times of day, my favorite time to take it is at night before bed. It helps me sleep comfortably and waking up with no pain is amazing. The next best time to take it is noon or mid day. It provides the sustained pain free energy all day and into the night. I havent been on it long enough to see any side effects on my menstruation. I also don't plan to stay on longer than 6 months. I'll update in a few months after longer use. But for now 2 thumbs up on this one.

This is a very potent medicine, do your research because it can throw off your internal balance and ph if not taken correctly.

I have to admit I was skeptical when I first purchased Thunder God Root (TGR). I'm not anymore. The next step for me was shoulder replacement. I've had four cortisone shots in that shoulder over the past couple of years with a lessening of effect with each shot. Tylenol did pretty much nothing for me. I've been taking TGR for a little over a week now and have noticed I'm in a lot less pain. I hate to say it, but the pain is almost completely gone (not completely). TGR is not cheap, but for what it has done for me it is well worth it. Had my left shoulder replaced and that didn't go so well. This is a much better alternative.
