Exquisite caviar. Good quality and delicious. Well worth the purchase.
This caviar was lovely. Not too salty, nice and buttery. The eggs were soft and palatable. The order was delayed in transit, and I was worried it would be spoiled but it was packed wonderfully in an insulated container, with freeze packs. It came with delicious crème fraîche, blinis, four mother of pearl caviar spoons and a caviar opener. This purchase made me happy, happy, happy!!

Totally yummy caviar! Great quality, texture and freshness. Caviar is expensive but I thought it was worth it for the occasion. Delicate size pearls and looks great ! I could eat a bowl of it!

Arrived VERY NICELY packaged. Cold & proper. I’m not a caviar expert at all, but the taste was nice. Was mushy though - no “pop” on your palette. My guests enjoyed it, so I’m happy.

Most Osetra Caviar ranges in taste between earthy, nutty and fruity. This Bester caviar, amazingly strikes a unique balance among all three. This company produces a wonderfully crafted caviar that I can honestly say is similar in taste to Beluga, though the roe is measurably smaller and ranges In color from golden to dark brown. I was blessed to work abroad for many years in the Baltic where clients provided more caviar at one party than I have consumed since retirement. Having said all of that, this caviar is in a class of its own. Excellent taste, unrivaled price point, overnight shipping a and incredible customer service. Just purchase once from Bester and I believe you will be more than delighted. This will be our go to vendor from this day forward. Thank you Bester for such a wonderful experience and an excellent quality caviar
