Really good
Very smooth, hassle-free experience at the airport and during the flight. The mesh design is excellent and my cat stayed happy and calm throughout the trip. Zippers aren't great but overall the bag is good.

Okay but can be more sturdy
As they suggest good for small cat. Crampy for anything bigger than 5 Kgs. My RAG DOLL cat does't fit in. They should make it more sturdy.

I'm very pleased wirh this carrier. I bought the medium size to accommodate my 13 lb cat & my 13 lb dog & they both fit comfortably (not at the same time). Neither my cat nor my dog were able to open the zippers & the fabric & the mesh are resistant to tearing. Believe me, both pets tried to scratch their way out! This carrier is easy to open & refold for storage. I really like the washable pad. It's more like a soft padded carpet than fleece. There was a moderate chemical odor but that dissipated within a day of sitting out opened. My only suggestion would be to use a padded cushion on the shoulder strap rather than the rubber slide. All in all I'm delighted. This is just as well made as the more costly carriers I've purchased in the past.

The very first time I used this carrier, the cat split the zipper and escaped, making for a very dangerous drive. It was absolutely useless.
