I love this flexible arm. It's exactly as described and it's a better fit for me then the last one I bought by another company. I have a glass top desk and it does not scratch and its fits securely on there with no problem and it was easy to setup. It's sturdy and the arm basically swivels in whatever direction you need and it's reach is great. I suggest you measure your desk and how far over you would like the arm to reach if your using this for recording just to make sure it does in case your desk is bigger than mine and compare it to the dimensions shown. I have to remove my iphone 12pro from the case in order for it to fit snuggly but I don't mind.

I purchased this mount to record close-up content videos for with my iPhone 13Pro in addition to my Arkon SLR camera mount that would hold my Canon M50 overhead for my YT art channel. It worked well for a while, and for the price it was very affordable as a secondary source. I could manipulate it with minor issues, but nothing that was major…at first.The reason I am now reviewing and giving it only 3-stars is because it is literally falling apart and has become completely unusable. The phone mount portion where the phone is supposed to be held securely has cracked where it screws into place, and is now dropping chunks of black plastic on my artwork when I try to adjust the angle. It won’t hold the phone straight anymore, which is unacceptable, because it’s sole purpose is to be secure in its’ position. This causes me to spend extra time editing every single video or clip by adjusting them to a certain degree before importing into my editing software. My most frequently used & favorite editing app will not accept pre-edited content, so the close-ups in my videos are always a little “off-kilter” when I import them. That is not acceptable.In addition, the bolt where the mount clamps to my surface not only doesn’t follow the “right-tighty, lefty-loosey” rule, it will no longer LOOSEN at all anymore! It feels like it is permanently attached to my workspace at this point. My hands are aching from trying to turn it in both directions, and it absolutely will NOT release from my workspace. It is blocking my top drawer, because I typically mount it on the front of my workspace temporarily while I’m recording, so I can adjust it easily, but now I’m afraid it’s stuck indefinitely. If it damages the top of my new surface, we will have a new problem that someone is going to be responsible for replacing.While I did have this mount for about a year and a half, I wasn’t recording videos for 8 months of that time while I was designing new products, so it didn’t get the amount of use that would reflect this kind of “equipment failure”. I’m on a tight budget, so I always handle my tools with care, so this has been very disappointing.Just because you purchase something affordable does not mean you should sacrifice quality. I usually believe “you get what you pay for”, but I needed something more flexible than the Arkon mounts (I actually have two of them), and this seemed so perfect.I would have loved to have given this mount 5-stars, because the concept is ideal for this kind of recording. If customer service reaches out to me with replacement parts, then I’ll come back and update my review. Otherwise, I’m not sure what else to tell you but to keep it real as I’m known to do.

I saw this on a tiktok and it’s been great so far! Suuuper easy and fast setup, really sturdy. Great range of motion and holds my phone really steady for overhead filming.

When this arrived I couldn't wait to put it together. I purchased this because I am a viral digital artist who post videos of my work and I needed something to help me record while I worked. As soon as I put it together I knew it was the perfect tool for the job. This phone stand is sturdy. It held my very large phone with no problem even with a bulky case and pop socket attached. It is able to reach every angle I need for my workspace and I'm so excited to go live on my platform tonight to tell everyone I got a new phone stand! Great purchase, I love it.

Looks cool, works badly.This device takes up a lot of airspace on and over your desk. The places you can position your phone are actually limited, and it is even less versatile when it comes to how you can adjust its resting angle.Biggest flaw is that when you adjust the position in a counter-clockwise way, you are unscrewing the post from the ball joint, and then it won't hold its position. Very bad design flaw.

The pole was very hard to get into the clamp, takes a lot of strength! Once put together it is exactly what I needed, it is strong, looks good and is stable. Just the right height and I would buy again. Only been set up and hour though but usually you can tell if they’re not good early on. The phone holder is actually good too and it’s easy to tighten and move once it’s set up (except the pole/clamp joint)

Not the most robust product. But very functional and a reasonable quality for the price. I'm happy.
