I like the taste of these but they do have a slight fish oily taste but it's minor. If you've ever taken fish oil pills, you know sometimes they are hard to swallow. With these, they are basically, gummies with a sweeter taste and a slight fishy smell and taste as well. After all, they are fish oil gummies so the taste is to be expected. As far as the amount of fish oil your body will actually get because they are gummies may vary quite a bit compared to swallowing actual huge fish oil pills, in my opinion. I'm not a Dr but I did take several classes on dietetics and nutrition and found food is the best source for many vitamins and minerals but when you need a substitute, these are tasteful and I personally like them. I like to believe they are doing the job intended so I would recommend, trying these to see for yourself if they are for you.
