these are the protein bar equivalent of flourless chocolate cake. softer than a tootsie roll but firmer than pudding. the hazelnut (nutella) tastes incredible! have tried others by this company. definitely been good, but not at all like what they claim to be. eg. the caramel/cashew, white choc/almond flavors don't taste remotely like cashews or white choc. nonetheless, these protein bars still taste much better than average. and certainly they had to identify/differentiate the bars somehow. hope people buy em a lot, so they keep selling this stuff.

These are absolutely delicious protein bars. I hate that grainy texture a lot of them have, but these are like the best healthy Milky Way! Also bought these during the heat of summer and was nervous about them melting but the seller did a great job putting them in climate cooled packaging with ice packs and insulation!

These tasted so good! They taste and texture of a candy bar without all of the sugar. They didn't keep me as full as I would have liked but they did get the job done.

Overall I like barebell protein bars. They are the best tasting I’ve found so far. I’ve tried a lot of their flavors & this is my opinion of what they taste similar to: Cookies and Caramel = twix Creamy Crisp - 100 grand bar Coconut Caramel Almond - almond joy Salted Peanut Caramel = snickers Caramel Choco = musketeers Chocolate Dough - brownie with crunchy bits (not cookie dough) Cookies & cream: crumbled Oreo cookies coated in chocolate Hazelnut & Nougat VEGAN - sad version of Nutella with crunch I keep ordering the one with milk & being sent the vegan one. So I guess I’ll never know if the original is actually good. It probably is like their other bars if you can find it. Ingredients wise I wish they used a more 0 glycemic / keto sweetener than maltitol. And personally would prefer the didn’t put collagen in them.

I love Barebells! They’re my favorite protein bar. I have a fairly sensitive stomach and these never bother me. The hazelnut flavor is my favorite and tastes pretty similar to Nutella! They do have the standard protein bar chewiness and slight aftertaste but I still give it a 5/5.

I have ordered the Barebell brand before and LOVED them. All the flavors were delicious, the bars were soft and chewy and I felt like I was "cheating" when I had one. These... are awful. They taste like normal protein bars; chalky, hard, dry, and the flavor is just meh. After getting halfway through one, I looked again at the packaging and saw they are VEGAN. They are not labeled Vegan in the description and I wouldn't have ordered them if I had known. I will try to return but I bet they won't take them back. They are not good. False advertising. PLUS the macros aren't nearly as good as the regular/original ones. These only have 15g of protein, instead of 20g and they are much higher in the carb area. Waste of money.

One of the best protein bars that don’t have a weird chalky taste. Yes they do taste like protein but it’s masked so well! It tastes like a literal candy bar, especially the salty peanut (tastes similar to snickers!) great to hit your daily protein goal because not many bars have 20g.

Those bars taste great! The are high protein, low carb and a bit high calorie. I eat these as a meal replacement on my high protein diet.
