Highly Recommend!
Great product! Fits perfectly in my 14 7/16”x 20 7/16” cookie sheet. Easy to clean. Big difference in heat distribution when using this product. Used the same cookie sheet, same temp & cook time, the edges of the cookie that was NOT on the silicone mat (left) were very brown while the cookie baked on the mat (right) was cooked evenly. Both were baked the same in the center.

Refrain from excessive temp use
My 5 star rating isn't for it's baking non stick abilities! Why, first because silicone, beyond hardly anything sticking to it and so overlooked is that silicon is an insulator, not a conductor. Silicone has many other applications, also is a liquid in aviation for dampers and as brake fluid that I used many years ago in my automobiles and motorcycles brake systems. When antilock brakes took over brake systems in automobiles, had to stop using it. Silicon does not absorb moisture. Anyone have silicon covers for their cast iron fry pan handles to protect hands from serious burns. I noticed when using them to remove something really hot from the oven, they got a little sticky. This brief explanation MAY help for mats said to burn when the oven temp is set to 400. At 400F, that can be getting close to silicon break down temperature, it starts to get sticky. For what it's worth department, I don't use anything but metal or clay bakers for high temperature baking. I bake my bread at 450F in a 2 quart clay baker, no parchment paper necessary. I start out in a cold oven to not stress the clay baker. My bread recipe, 450 grams of flour with 300 grams of water (plus other ingredients) takes 35 minutes to bake with it's pre-soaked in water clay baker lid installed. So, the oven has to get briefly hotter then the set temperature because the oven thermostat regulates the temperature by turning the elements on and off to maintain that set temperature. How often it cycles, or how big the spread between the high and low temperature when the elements are on and off matters. Watch the element sometime, it gets red when powered and then dark when cycled to off. Your home heating/AC thermostat operates in a similar way, cycling off and on to maintain the set temperature. Below some info from "Moms Baking Company" I quoted from them. Then why I bought my mat, after the long winded dialogue, not for baking. "Baking in/with silicone takes longer than baking in metal. Why? Silicone, like glass, is an insulator rather than a conductor. This means baking occurs slower in silicone molds, hence baking time and even temperature may need to be altered. As most recipes will assume you’re using metal bakeware, you may need to adjust your temperature and bake time when using silicone molds. When using silicone, you may wish to reduce the temperature by 25ºF (10ºC) and/or cook for 5 to 10 minutes longer – thicker batters will need longer than thinner batters or lighter cakes like sponge cake. This makes silicone ideal for lighter baking such as light cakes, muffins or quick bread." I use this mat on half of our smooth top electric stove to keep from damaging the glass top when objects are constantly placed on it. I would consider using a silicone mat for kneading my bread dough instead of an oil sprayed cut board.
