We use a LOT of protein powder-- ~ 5lbs a month, and this has become one of our go-to products (National Team athletes). The price is fair, especially for a grass-fed product, and it is high-quality and clean-- no additives, flavors, sweeteners, or emulsifiers in the Plain version. I use this daily in protein shakes of all sorts (pre-workout, meal replacement, recovery, pre-sleep) and having something without fake flavoring or sweeteners gives me all sorts of flexibility to make things work for my tastes and purposes. We also use this to bake with, as it is very neutral in flavor and works well in healthier bars, brownies, etc. It smells clean and fresh, like a milk protein should, and does not have added sugar. Calories are in line with other non-flavored whey powders. Be aware that because this whey has no added ingredients and does not use emulsifiers or lecithins, it does require a blender bottle or mixer to blend fast. If you don't use a blender bottle or mixer, you can put it in the water/ liquid, give it a stir and let it sit for 5-10 minutes, and it will be easier to mix in. But that's a very small issue, especially considering how well this protein powder works and how clean it is. If you like the fancier flavors like Belgian Chocolate or Birthday Cake, then this is not the product for you (unless of course you are blending your own flavors :-D). But if you want something clean, pure, high quality, and fairly priced-- this is the one.

I never write reviews but I just had to write one. This is the best tasting whey protein I've ever had. I mixed it with low carb unsweetened coconut milk but I bet it would be amazing even in just water. No weird tastes. Just pure, silky, creamy smooth, especially for a flavorless powder protein powder with absolutely no fillers or junk. I can't believe I thoroughly enjoyed drinking this plain and for an affordable price. Will be buying again.

This is incredibly wonderful stuff. A GREAT way to get a good serving of protein, esp. if you're sick of all the alternatives for breakfast! Yes- not exactly instantly mixing, but here's an easy way to get your 5 tablespoons (I hope you like whole raw milk, too)- put about half a cup of milk in a deep glass, then add the whey, then use a whisk and madly whisk it, and as it begins to coagulate, add more milk & keep whisking.. you'll have milk with lumpy whey on top (not dry, though).. just give it a little time (5 minutes), whisking every once in a while- and then you'll find it's dissolved. If you use a blender, yes, it will be foamy- I don't like foamy, either. I add half a tsp of vanilla. It really is a lovely drink.

I'm sure it's a quality product. But if a neutral taste is what you have in mind this is not it. It has a raw milky flavor. I mix this 50-50 with chocolate way, and the flavor still comes through quite predominantly.

This is the protein powder I’ve used for years and always reorder when I am close to getting low. It is high quality, great taste, mixes well, and I feel great knowing I’m ingesting a healthy product with no fillers. I've tried quite a few protein powders but can't stand artificial sweeteners or fake dessert flavors so have never consistently used any of them. Enter this GREAT product. Here's what I love about it - it's essentially flavorless and while, yes, it can be a bit...foamy...I use that to my advantage. It makes smoothies SO creamy and fluffy. I make an iced coffee (think S*bucks coffee frappuccino but healthy and not as sweet) that is a dream and I look forward to every day. I love that this gives me 21g protein for less than 100 calories, can be mixed in with any smoothie or blended drink I like, and feels like a treat without tasting like fake sweetener. My two favorites so far: Blended Protein Coffee - blend 1/2C water with 1 serving protein powder, dash of cinnamon, splach of vanilla extract, 1 TBSP brown sugar, 1 TBSP instant espresso powder, 8 - ice cubes. highly recommend topping with whipped cream Strawberry Banana Smootie - blend 1/2C milk with 1 serving protein powder, splash of vanilla extract, 1/2 frozen banana, 1C frozen strawberries, 1 TBSP maple syrup
