Not biometric compatabile
I can't used the case, it's too thick or something, I can't use the finger security. It won't recognize any finger.

Love but upset
Love the way the case looks and feels on the phone. But one of the button things fell off the case and I can't press my side button.

Unable to use the fingerprint feature to unlock the phone
It is a good-looking case, but it is impossible to keep the phone looking clean. All your fingerprints will show on the screen, and it will not unlock the phone. I am returning it.

It was an awesome looking case when I first reviewed it online. It looks great in person too. I wasn't suspecting the front cover to have a complete peice of plastic covering the screen. Although it was a good fit for my phone, it didn't have the grip on the sides my old case had and it took alot of finger force to use the screen. Intended to send it back but its still here in the package it came in..

Cracked
I thought it was durable by looks but not even close. Glass cracked less then 12hours of using on phone. Bumped it to the seat belt buckle and cracked the corner of it

Terrible product
Terrible, the first order arrived with a crack across the screen. We ordered taken the cover off to clean the phone and the screen has scratches all over. This doesn't keep any dirt out and is absolutely useless. Fuming that my new phone is damaged because of this product.

disappointed 😞
I like how it fits and looks like on the phone.It just not practical as the fingerprint biometric does not work when the case is on. Also noticing that you have to press harder on the phone to get it to respond.My own fault for not reading all the reviews 😒So quiet disappointed

shatters after slight knock!
After using this case for a day I had tk throw it away! Its very very fragile and claims tk be tempered but that's not my experience.I had my phone in my hand and picked up my metal makeup box with my other hand. I then went to move my phone to the hand with the box in, and in doing so my phone knocked into the box, not with force, and the case cracked all of the way from top to bottom and side to side. I'd be worried using this case of it not protecting my phone if I dropped it, thats for sure!

Totally unusable
This case looks great but is unusable. The case does not connect properly with the screen therefore you have to press really hard to use apps or to send texts. I am really disappointed in this product and definitely would not recommend it. Texts are impossible to compose and send quickly therefore I’ve had to give up on it and buy another. For the money it’s not worth it. My partner decided to use his but it cracked after 14 days. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

finger print quality is poor
The fingers print scanner doesn't work with the case in place. The sensitivity of the phone is poor with the screen in place. The service off the company is very poor.
