Review: Nice chair - I don't weigh 600 pounds - I weigh 300 - so I can't attest to this chair's purported capacity, but it is sturdy. And it is wide. If you have a large behind this will have room to spare. Airline seats can be a pain for me. Too narrow. Sitting in this I have a couple of inches to spare on either side. The frame seems pretty tight. No creaking or wobbling. The fabric is tough. I have a cat and she has been trying to use the seat and back as a scratching post. She has not done any damage. My chair sits on a West-facing balcony in San Diego. The sun here can be very hard on fabric, plastic, paint and other surfaces. The fabric on this chair has shown no fading or brittleness after 6 months. Normally I don't post 5 star reviews. I try to find something to dock a point for, even with items I like, but there really isn't anything to complain about here. I suppose I could mention that the thing is a bit stiff to fold and unfold, but that is probably actually a good thing. It shows the thing is less likely to collapse while you're sitting in it. Overall, it's a good buy and I'm happy with it.

**Q: Are the arms of the chair strong enough to use to help stand up?**
A: Absolutely yes. The arms are very sturdy and I use them full weight to help lift my 6'1" 411 pound body out of the chair. If you are a big and tall type of guy there is no better chair for portable use. I highly recommend this chair.

**Q: what is the Side table made of?**
A: The side table is made of aluminium-plastic panel

**Q: Are you able to purchase a polyester seat/backing replacement for when this one gets old or do you have to buy another chair.**
A: I'm not sure but the material being used is heavy duty! It's not flimsy material.

**Q: What do I do when it Breaks**
A: Mine is two years old and shows no sign of breaking.

If you’re looking for a sturdy chair, this is it. Top quality and heavy duty. Built to withstand rugged use, but still light enough to carry. Shoulder strap makes mobility even easier. ***Update: Over a year later of regular use, these still work great! No breaks, no tears! The actual seat is Wider than other brands and will hold a heavier person consistently. The chairs are kept under a covered patio and are used daily. A year later, they still look new! Yes, they have to be hosed down occasionally with the wind blowing dust and leaves, but these have been a great investment. We bought 4. Smaller people enjoy them too! They are comfortable. They are high quality! I changed my 4 star rating to 5 stars. Yes, the side tables are unreliable, but what matters most is the actual chair. If this review helped somewhat, please click Helpful. *** Sturdy! Tested with 450 pounds successfully. These are great, especially if you are buying for a larger person. Some chairs will have a higher weight capacity, but the width of the seat is too small. These chairs are WIDE!! They truly hold a larger person comfortably AND securely. These are quality chairs and built to hold a heavier weight. You could add a seat cushion if you are planning on using them for an all day event, but they are comfortable as is for 2-3 hours. The chairs have a handle to help carry, although we find it easier to just pick up the chair frame to carry. They fold up and down super easy! You will have no problems and they come with instructions. Our only complaint: the side table will not lock into place securely. We never know if our drink or food is going to come crashing to the ground. They really should have made the locking mechanism more secure. We will probably have to rig something to make the side table work effectively. The chairs are priced too high for the side tables to keep collapsing. This is the reason for the 4 stars.
