I decided to do some preventative measures for my overall health via stretching and taking breaks; in the times where I'm working in the office I decided that I could use this brace to help with wrist therapy. I bought the small/medium size and it fits my wrists perfectly (I have very small wrists probably up to 2.5 inches across). These supports are supposed to be a little tight and I was able to find the right balance between compressed (good) and constricting (bad). I'm dinging this product by 1 (one) star only because of the price. I feel like I can find an item like this at the drug store or grocery store for the same price. Quality still seems pretty good but after long-time wear I'm sure the velcro will fail.
