Arrowroot is a perfect substitute for cornstarch. It's a great thickener. It makes a mean gravy - just be careful not to overdo it, or it may be "slimy". I use arrowroot in my homemade tortillas. Great product, use it to thicken stews, soups etc. I have ordered it many times.

I use this in place of cornstarch. I read on line that cornstarch is twice as strong as arrowroot powder. This is not true, use a little less than you would cornstarch. Excellent product and I highly recommend it.

I use this exclusively on my hair. It's a combination of dry shampoo and a volumizer. I love that it's natural AND works better than any dry shampoo I used to purchase from the salon.

Great Organic Arrowroot Flour

Works as advertised. It smooth to mix in the recipes. Very pleased with it. Some might be sensitive to this product, like me, however my husband is not. It’s a good thickening agent.
