One Can Makes a Great Bean Dip!
If you want something quick to eat, one can of these beans makes a great bean dip. Just don't refrigerate the beans before you make the dip as they will be harder to mash. I put the drained beans into a bowl and add a few tablespoons of extra light olive oil, fresh garlic and salt to taste. Mash it all up with a potato masher and you have a dip that can be served with tortilla chips. Delicious!~The Rebecca Review
