Love this product! My chest is addicted to having that pretty blue patch slapped on each night & I did put it on a couple times after my shower when while I was getting ready when I hadn't put it on the night before. Does it work? Absolutely! While it does smooth out my chest wrinkles it is only a temporary fix, but the effect lasts for hours. I'm 63 and have always been a side sleeper so my chest wrinkles are pretty bad & after using this product my chest feels so smooth and soft! I had some trouble with my 1 st order, the pad lost it's stickiness after a few uses but the seller offered me a discount on my next order. I think that while trying to wash it between uses it just loosened the sticky off even though I did use an extremely mild soap. A few of my tips are: Be sure to save the plastic bag & the peel off plastic sheet that the pad comes in. The directions say to wash & dry the area before applying the pad but I've been using a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol to be sure I've gotten it free of oils & this has worked out great! These instructions are on the package but they're pretty small & I think I either skipped some or didn't realize their importance. Make absolutely sure that the piece of plastic where you replace the pad is clean and dry, I've washed it instead of the pad several times with a mild cleanser. Store your pad in the plastic bag that it came in. My current pad is on its 12th use & still pretty sticky.

These do work. Maybe too well since some mornings I can see where the wrinkles in my neck hit the silicone. I rarely had trouble getting it to stick and found that if I rubbed it against my chest when I put it on until it warmed up (maybe 3-5 min) that helped to get it to stay. I used a small amount of dish soap to clean it each morning. My issue with these products is they only last a month and then they are in the landfill. Silicone will not degenerate within our lifetime and most communities will not recycle it. I REALLY wish one of these companies would offer a liquid gel you can reapply when the silicone no longer sticks. I'd be willing to pay for that. Then I could keep reusing the pads I have without contributing to our landfill each month. Until then I doubt I will reorder another packet.

This really does work! I am a 46 year old side sleeper and when I wake up, my chest creases are terrible. I quit wearing V-neck shirts because they were so bad, I was embarrassed. I have used this 6 nights now and my chest is smooth and wrinkle free in the morning. Be sure to clean the chest area before applying the pad. I forgot once, and woke up with some acne/bumps in the morning. I wash mine with dish washing liquid every morning, and let it air dry. I am very happy with this product! Edited review: I received the newly designed chest pads a few days ago, and wanted to give an updated review. The pad is larger and covers more surface area, and the adhesive backing is improved in that it does not "shed" and peel off after time. However, the pad is stiffer, does not stick to my skin as well, and it comes loose around the edges while I sleep. I have to say I slightly prefer the older version of these pads, but this product still works great at removing wrinkles and softening the skin and I will continue using them.

The first chest pads I ever purchased (SilcSkin Decollette Pad) I actually really liked a lot and found to be quite effective, but wanted to see if there was anything out there even better, so I ordered these. The results were not great at all. The most glaring problem is that after having worn it only 3 times, the silicone is pealing away from the edges about 1/4", exposing the non-sticky liner. Even dismissing this major problem, I also found them unsatisfactory because: -they did not stay adhered to the skin all night from the first use and I found myself being woken up all night because a corner would just flap off. I easily got 6 months of use out of my SilcSkin before I started having a similar issue -the entire product is VERY mailable, which sounds great but it ends up leaving a wrinkled plastic look on your skin if you don't adhere it to the skin JUST right. My SilcSkin was much more rigid, and resulted in smoother looking results on the skin since the silicone was not able to wrinkle at all. While I was hoping for a better product (and a better deal with getting two), I'll be sticking with the SilcSkin brand from now on.

Although I see some improvement on my chest wrinkles, it needs improvement, the pad is not very large I wish it was bigger, and the quality is not as good as I expected, based on some reviews I read here. It peels off on the edges, and it doesn't work pn those areas. I followed the cleaning instructions and tried both pads, it happens to both.

I LOVE the actual product; it worked well and I was thrilled with the results, but unfortunately the adhesive lasted less than a week before it started peeling off and the product became ineffective. I used it just as directed, made sure my chest was clean and dry before applying - slept with the chest pad on all night and woke up with no chest wrinkles and a smile on my face. I washed the pad and let it air dry, then stuck it to the plastic wrapper until I was ready to use it again that night, and the silicone still started peeling off in less than a week. I'm now looking around to see if there's some sort of adhesive I can purchase to use with these pads, because I hate to throw it away when they're basically $15 each and lasted five days. If the adhesive truly lasted a month like the package says, I would absolutely continue to purchase these. Sadly, that's not the case.
