The taste is pretty good - much better than ones that only contain potassium chloride The mix of potassium and sodium works. For some things, like cookies with flaked salt,, or sprinkling salt on avocado on toast, or in general where the salt is “up front”, use quality ‘real’ salt, bu this product has it’s place.
