Good multivitamins but have an odd taste and smell, almost like rabbit food. But gets the job done for a quick multivitamin.

Those of you just starting off, allow a months use by taking it daily with or after a meal to notice any real affects. You will not turn into superman overnight popping a single pill so please be realistic.Now as for those complaining about smell, they are no different to other suppliers on the market. Opened them up for the first time and they smell like the sweat from the top of an arse crack. They actually make me spew, so good if your losing weight. Like a fart bomb but in pill form.
