Refreshing
The media could not be loaded. This personal mister works great. It puts out a lot of mist. Keeps you cool on a hot day. It’s also portable. The size is kinda small but it makes it easier to throw in a bag and carry anywhere you go without taking up a lot of space. I’m happy with this mister.

Could not contact customer service
I ordered this in July for an upcoming vacation. It was fantastic, but broke the second time I used it. I tried to contact them through Amazon and through the company customer service and have not received a response from either.

Way too complicated for a mister.
It seems like a job. The instructions are arduous at best. Distilled water for a spray bottle is nonsense. The instructions need to stay with the bottle. Get over yourself. The 1st one I purchased was larger and more user friendly. I'll be returning this forthwith. A$3.00 spray bottle will not have nine pages of dos, don'ts and warnings.

Great product. Really cools you down when playing golf. Fine mist. Little pricey, but worth the buy.

Leaks
More water dripped out than sprayed out when misting. I made sure it was pressurized and it still leaked.
