The Corsair VENGEANCE Performance is excellent RAM for upgrading and overclocking a system. Installation was seamless — the modules were instantly recognized, and the system booted up on the first try. XMP profiles activated without any issues, and the memory immediately ran at the advertised speeds. Performance noticeably improved — applications open faster, multitasking feels smoother, and FPS in games stays more stable. Perfect upgrade for an older laptop. If you’ve got an older laptop or even one with 16gb or less, in this day and age I’d say this is a very good upgrade. Corsair products never disappoint and my laptop is running games perfectly. Super easy to install.

1 Month In: Still going strong. I read all of the negative reviews and had no where near the same experience. I am loving this RAM so far. I was going to get myself some more and I think I might. I have had some of the worst sticks and so far these are the best ones I have tried. At first the computer did take time to boot up but that's probably just because they were registering the sticks, that's what happens when you install new RAM. The BIOS needs to register the RAM, hence the black screen for a while to begin with. It really works for me and it's the fastest and best I have tried. The old RAM on my PC was a little bit slow and most software was reporting the RAM as being unknown, which hightened my suspicions that it might have been some cheap RAM sticks they put into the system, I may have been right. Read on. This was a much needed replacement and is now being reported in HWInfo, CPU-Z and CMD using WMIC command as being recognised as Corsair RAM at 3200mHz and it gave me a much needed performance boost. I needed the 32GB as I am using software on my PC that is generally high demand on RAM, and this RAM is meeting my needs in multiple ways. Just simply using apps like Word, Powerpoint, Notepad and other softwares got better in performance when switching to this RAM. Even some of the games I play have increased in performance as a result, even though I don't play many games. I also no longer have to rely on Virtual Memory with this much RAM, which is brilliant and allows me to be able to disable Virtual Memory and gave the PC more of a performance boost. Virtual memory is just slower, and generally noticeable if you are using software that uses a large amount of RAM. I tested this RAM on benchmarking software and I was very happy with how the RAM performed under load. Overall, this is very good RAM and I will recommend it for many tasks and if you are looking for a needed performance boost.

Short review. Excellent memory, just buy it if it is what you need! Longer (mildly educational) review. As with so many things recently, the memory market is flooded with cheap RAM sticks from brands you have not heard of (nor me and I know my way round IT!) with outstanding reviews and excellent pricing. Save yourself some money and DO NOT buy those. The chances of the memory doing what it should, at the speeds it should and without (frequently weird) issues for the foreseeable future, are about the same as winning a sizeable amount on the lottery! Corsair have been in the computer market for a long time and make some seriously good stuff. Frequently that stuff is also blinkin' expensive! RAM is one of those areas where actually paying a little more over the other stuff is a good idea. Aside of Corsair, Samsung, Crucial and Kingston are also highly recommended. Choosing the correct RAM for your computer is not difficult. I recommend the Crucial system checker. It is a tiny program you download from the Crucial website (perfectly safe) and it will scan your system and tell you what memory you need - while telling you how much it costs from them directly. I recommend just making a note of the information and searching on Amazon as the prices are generally better. This particular purchase was for a work colleague's laptop, which was struggling to be effective with just 8gb RAM. Now, while you can run Windows 10 with 8gb RAM, it runs a whole lot more smoothly with 16gb. Don't even bother trying to run Windows 11 with 8gb unless you want to practice your stress management techniques! Installation was simple. Most laptops above very basic models, have 2 RAM slots and just one used. It is almost always found on the underside of the laptop and will simply require undoing 1 or 2 screws to remove the section covering the RAM. If unsure, youtube will be your friend here. It will only fit 1 way round and just a gentle push should have the clips on each side lock into place. I should add - please power down your laptop first! :) Once fitted, the laptop immediately detected it and booted up as normal. Colleague has since commented "it is like having a new laptop where I can do lots of things at once!" Thanks for reading and I hope you found this useful. :)

Compré esta memoria sin estar 100 % seguro de que sería compatible con la placa del portátil, pero como es Amazon y se puede devolver, me arriesgué 🙂. La verdad es que funciona de maravilla: el portátil va mucho más rápido y fluido al manejar varias aplicaciones a la vez. Lo bueno es que los 32 GB y la velocidad de 3200 MHz hacen que todo cargue rápido y no haya tirones, y la instalación es bastante sencilla. Además, al venir en dos módulos de 16 GB aprovechas mejor el dual channel del portátil. Lo que mejoraría es que sería útil que viniera con algún pequeño manual específico para portátiles, pero por lo demás cumple perfectamente.

Bilgisayarın üzerinde gelen SK Hynix 1rx16 ramların çöp olduğunu öğrendim Corsair takınca. Oyunlarda FPS arttı mı bilmiyorum ama 144 FPS sabit arada 135 falan oldu o kadar. SK Hynix ram ile bu kadar stabil FPS almıyordum. XMP 2.0 profilinde çalışıyor. Bana gelen ramlarin üzerinde samsung çipleri var ama bazı fotoğraflarda micron falan da gördüm belki üretim yılından yılına farklılık olabilir emin değilim.
