The glass conch was well wrapped, did not break during shipping--I was worried about. There are a few bubbles in the glass, but we are warned they are natural, so, it is okay, but there is also a small crack inside the conch, but I won't return it because another one may have another defect; you should check those products that I discovered were made in China before shipping them.
