They diagnosed the problem efficiently and fixed it without any hassle.The whole process, from raising the complaint to resolution, was smooth and transparent. The first time I bought it, the product stopped working after nearly 11 months of use.It was charging ridiculously slowly and was not turning on. I thought it was a lost cause but decided to contact Agaro customer service on the off chance that I might get help.Best decision ever. One of the best customer supports from any Indian brand. My customer service agent Paromita Gosh asked me to send a whatsapp video clearly showing the problem with the toothbrush. Within a day a replacement was approved and had the product delivered in 4 days. Return pickup of the damaged toothbrush took a while.But other than that, the whole experience was hassle free. If your product has issues within warranty period, you can expect prompt response.As to the product itself, roll of dice.

I’ve been using this AGARO toothbrush for a couple of weeks and it’s been amazing. It’s powerful, easy to use, and comes with everything I need – extra heads, an interdental brush, and even a nice case for travel. The battery lasts forever – I barely need to charge it. My teeth feel cleaner and even look a bit whiter. Definitely worth the price!
