Awesome charger good customer service
I needed a replacement charger for my MSI Thin after the original one started sparking due to a shortage. I purchased this charger, and it's honestly far better than the one that came with the laptop. The cord is thicker and feels more durable, and the extra heads it comes with are a great bonus! The customer service was also outstanding. When the first charger I bought broke unexpectedly after a few months, they resolved the issue in just one day and sent me a new charger at no extra cost. I highly recommend this charger if you're in need of a reliable replacement!

Fixed My Performance Issues
I bought this under the advice of a computer repair tech, I had originally thought that my battery for my gaming laptop needed to be replaced (it may still need to be) but after I told the tech what was going on he then told me to go get my cord so my laptop could stay charged as he was diagnosing it. I brought it in, gave it to him, and he looked at my charger cord and told me 'here's the issue'. I didn't understand at all and he explained that my laptop needs a 6A charge to run games that demanded high performance, he told me I had a cord that was only fit for office computers and only gave a 4.2A charge. He was 99.9% sure that the reason why my computer kept turning itself off was due to my old cord and by using this one I shouldn't have anymore issues. He showed me on Amazon the proper cord I need in order to get the results I needed, and he was right, ever since I got this and played Resident Evil: Requiem I haven't had any issues of my computer crashing. I noticed that it fits nicely into the port, this didn't cost too much so I was VERY happy about that, and it was compatible with my MSI Thin G63. Word of Advice? Always look on the back of you laptop to check to see how many Amps and/or Watts it needs, you can find this out by looking underneath your laptop and there should be a sticker that tells you. if you don't have the sticker any more, simply type in system in you start up menu and it should be able to tell you, or go to google, type in you computers model number and ask it what type of Amps and/or Watts it needs.
