Pizza doesn’t stick
This is a great wooden pizza peel. Accomodates large pizzas and wooden surface helps prevent sticking. I still use a base of coarse semolina though. Cleans up easily. Seems durable. I avoid cutting pizza on it so as not to create markings that would cause dough to stick.

Top quality and a pleasure to use!
Large size, heavy, well-made, smooth, and pretty... can't ask more from a pizza peel. This is the best functioning and looking peel I've ever owned. I 100% recommend it!

We really like the quality of this peel. It looks so nice, we almost hung it in the kitchen on display! With a bit of corn meal or semolina on top, you can prepare your pizza and it slides right onto the stone in the oven. Very pleased!

Nice quality
Nice quality. Still have troubles with pizza dough sticking, even with flouring the peel. Overall very nice quality. I’m sure I’m probably doing something wrong. Fits with the ninja outdoor wood fire oven

Perfect, quality item
I’ve been using this for several months now. and it’s been absolutely perfect. Take good care of it. Add all little mineral oil every once and a while and it should last you for years.
