They arrived a week early, but some of them look pretty weak. They were dried out and had lots of brown leaves. I watered them and put them under a grow light. I’ll update in a week to see if they’ve recovered from shipping. It’s been a week and the little plants are still doing okay. Looks like they will all survive.

This is the Best unboxing EVER! These 12 adenium obesum arrived early and well packed. They are green, healthy and plump! I can't wait to plant them! I took the first two pictures before I cleaned the soil from the roots. The last picture shows some rot that the picker/packer probably didn't see as it was covered with soil. I am so pleased with my order that I don't mind. I'm just going to cut it off and root the top. Excellent plants. Very pleased. Highly recommend. I will probably buy more while they're available. Not a paid review or free item-I'm just so Happy with these desert rose babies!! UPDATE:I sent these back as they all rotted within a few days after receiving. They sent replacements which didn't arrive as quickly as the original order. These ones are a little smaller, have less roots and a lot of the leaves were rotting or rotted. Not a big deal, just pinched them off. It was all the leave on only 2 plants, but that's still a good percentage of healthy plants. I have grown desert rose from seed and these appear to be about 3-6 months old. I am still pleased with my purchase and especially with customer service. I would purchase these again. Great value, healthy plants, a good start with Adenium. Highly Recommend.

Came in a package with soil and many had been damaged, fell out of the soil, or were already struggling. I knew these would be small, but most were around an inch. A little too small to be successfully transplanted after a rough shipping. More than half of these are dead after about 2 weeks. I'm not a professional gardener, but I'm generally really good at growing plants. This amount of plant loss is crazy. I have several of these in my yard that are thriving, so I'm assuming the size caused them to be extremely fragile.

For my first order, I thought 12 plants is kind of a lot.. but I really like the plant and if I kill one, I'll have back ups to figure out the best way to care for them. Well, I didn't kill them, but I gave a lot away as gifts! I wound up ordering more to give away while keeping a nice amount for myself. I ordered my plants a little over a year ago. First, they sent extra plants with both orders!! I think both of my orders came with 15 plants which was a super cool bonus. The plants were short but thick and looked adorable. They're easy to grow so it makes for a good gift to gardeners of all skill levels. The first 2 pictures are a few months after I ordered and the 3rd & 4th picture is now, a little over a year after I first got them!! My tallest plant is just over 32" tall and the two in the 3rd picture are about to bloom and you can tell that they are different colors!
