Perfect companion
This is a perfect companion to the black cohosh tincture that I take every evening at 6:00 p.m. (per and herbalist I met). It has worked wonders with eliminating- not just reducing-hot flashes and night sweats. You won't regret this purchase!

Good product and great price
Much better price than at stores and more capsules as well. Work well reducing hot flashes, esp if you take a couple at night as well as the normal day dose.

Relief and Good Night’s Sleep
Before I found Hormone Replacement Therapy, this was the only supplement that took away the hot flashes and night sweats (almost completely). I didn’t see any changes in swollen joints, brain fog, forgetfulness, loss of energy or moodiness. BUT being able to sleep and exist without feeling the flames of hell engulfing me was merciful.

Wish it worked for me
This came highly recommended by a friend who prefers natural options vs medication and I prefer that too. After reading many reviews I was so hopeful I would've found my hot flash cure. I took this faithfully for a few weeks (as some reviews here and on other websites mentioned it took a few weeks to kick in) and unfortunately nothing. The hot flashes are off the charts. I'm so jealous of the others who noticed differences right away. Glad it worked for them but sad it didn't for me. Going to look into some other natural options. 3 Stars for the fact it didn't taste bad, easy to swallow.

Be patient, eventually it starts working
It took a good 4 weeks for this to help my night sweats. I almost gave up after two weeks, but thankful I persisted and went to two more capsules at night. I’m still taking two in the morning and two at night. And I’m so thankful the sweats and restless nights are gone!!
