A really great shower faucet - I bought two.
I love this shower faucet from Embather. Bought my first one in 2020 which I installed in a new bathroom. It looks great, was an easy install and functions well. I have iron in my water (vacation home) and the finish has stood up very well in the last 3 years to the iron deposits that can form on surfaces - none of that sticks to the finish of the faucet. It worked so well, that I bought a second one from Amazon for a bathroom remodel recently. Also, the customer service is great. I winterize this property as we only use it three seasons of the year. To winterize it, I have the lines blown out and I forgot to blow out the new shower line in the first winter. As a result the cartridge had to be replaced the next spring. I contacted the Embather service e-mail and got a prompt response from Kirsteen. She helped me troubleshoot via email and when it looked like a replacement cartridge was needed Kirsteen said that it was covered under warranty and sent me a free replacement. I'll highlight that this was my fault as I didn't remove the water from the line before winter - yet the company still covered it under warranty and sent me a replacement. That is a great warranty and the service was prompt and helpful. You can see why I bought a second one.

Second one ordered because so great!
we had this installed at our previous home and loved it! Moved into a condo recently and are missing the great flow and experience. Ordered this one again and will have it installed soon!

Quality. Worth the price
We placed this in a renovation done for a rental. We had our plumber install. He never heard of this brand, but said wait it was very easy to install and appears to be good quality. Love the look it adds to the space.
