BLACK+DECKER 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker, Black/Stainless Steel, CM2030B

Works great so far... like Consumer Reports says: easy to use, makes good coffee, and has well-designed carafe that doesn't drip. It's compact, and looks respectable on the counter. I like it a lot, and I wouldn't justify spending more money for something else if what you want is a good cup of coffee from a easy-to-use straightforward maker... that has a timer so your coffee is ready for you in the morning (but will auto-shut off if you happen to leave it on too long, after a few hours).btw, the plastic edging on the carafe also will make the edges less likely to chip, so that's another testament to Ease Of Use and thoughtful simple design. Nice job Black and Decker... a quality coffee maker for the masses.I can afford a more expensive maker, but I see no reason to spend more. The B&D works well, is easy, and looks good.

I hunted for a replacement for my older B&B, this number was really close-so glad I bought it!!!Makes really good coffee quickly-and you can tell it is still well made-when my old one died, I had a cheapo that used til I got this one/oh my the difference!!!!

After 25+ years my previous coffee maker died. Unable to find a similar model, I was forced to consider others.My needs are simple, a programmable coffee maker that brews a good pot of coffee.After a lot of reading and comparison, I settled on Black and Decker QuickTouch.Upon arrival, I ran it with a full 12-cups of water per the instructions. I then brewed a pot of coffee.The coffee was as good as my old coffee made and hotter.I have had this product for 5 months now, use it almost daily and it still brews a good cup of coffee.My reason for the 4-star rating is because of the power cord.The coffee makes sits on the counter. Therefore, it is not possible to fill the reservoir and coffee basket without pulling out from under the cabinets under which is sits. Unless the coffee maker sits within 6-7 inches of the outlet to which it is plugged into, it cannot be brought out far enough to raise the reservoir lid.

The new device to deliver the water to the grounds is great, and the ability to control the strength of the brew is new to me. The timer is right on, I only wish the screen was backlit (but it may have raised the price and I would not have purchased it 😊).

I like its keep hot feature that lasts for about two hours It is easy to pour and no mess.

I bought this to replace my old B&D Coffee Maker which made a great cup of coffee. I have brewed 2 pots of coffee (after running through 12 cups of water as directed) and used the same amount of water and coffee as I did in my old coffee maker. The coffee tasted gross, totally watered-down and awful. Not worth the $$. Will be sending back for a refund.

Absolutely love. The design of the pouring spout on the pot is new and innovative and absolutely drip free. Just bought last week and hope it lasts longer than the other makers. This is Black and Decker and the way to get a great tasting coffee and in a short time. Great price too.
