Good for people who are just starting to take whey. Taste is good with milk but a bit bland with water, which is pretty common. The shaker is of very very bad quality and has impurities left over from manufacturing and has a very bad smell even after washing multiple times thoroughly. But it's a good value for it's price for beginners who just want safe whey.

There is nothing like BEGINNERS WHEY..all the do is reduce the quantity of protein and add cheap carbohydrates like MALTODEXTRIN(mainly found in gainers)....first they fool you with price then put health at stake..
