OUTXE Titanium Flatware Knife Fork Spoon Set Lightweight Ti Camping Utility Cutlery Set with Carrying Bag for Traveling Picnic Hiking

I purchased two sets of these. Firstly, I tested each of these OUTXE utensils with a magnet and all were non-magnetic. Secondly, I did a spark test on the back end of one of the OUTXE knives on a grinding wheel, and like normal titanium got small bright, white sparks. I washed everything with soap and water first and don’t notice any weird taste on any of these or any of our other titanium flatware. I compared this set to both our Snowpeak and Ever New titanium flatware (both made in Japan), and everything appears slightly different but in general have same grey titanium look (see pic). Comparing weights for just spoons—note each has different size and shape— the Ever New weighed 14 grams, the OUTXE weighed 16 grams and (bigger) Snowpeak 22 grams. Conclusively, for the cost of a single set, it’s a nice, light-weight value. The drawstring pouch that is provided is a nice touch although it was a little long so we folded it inside out, cut it and restitched it to our preference. The long pouch makes it a little harder to get out just one or even all the utensils when they’re deep down inside the pouch. The pouch is generous in girth as well—so much we put both sets in the one, trimmed pouch.

Feel like an astronaut with my own titanium tools. Cutlery is lightweight and handy in the pouch in my purse. Can easily carry two sets for me and hubby so that whenever out at fast food can use my own silverware. The knife cuts so beautifully. And so easy to use a paper napkin to roll up the used silverware to clean at home. Avoiding plastic makes me feel like I am saving the world. Plastic is so bad. Even plan to take the 7 or 8 week zoom course starting in September 2025 with Beyond Plastics.org to find other ways to make a positive difference. This is such a good product, will last us forever and be worthing of passing to our heirs!

Super light in weight and well made but a bit on the stubby and miniature side. Expect dirty fingers as you reach for that last bite at the bottom of you freeze dried envelope and twice as many fork to mouth motions.

Lightweight and compact. I have no idea if it's really made out of titanium, but looks like it could be.

It's silverware, it's titanium, it's relatively inexpensive. Wish the carrying bag was smaller but clearly that's not a negative of the silverware

The knife has a slightly serrated edge which I was looking for but is not sharp. Very light weight, fits nicely stacked together. Haven't used yet, so will have to reassess after first use. I was displeased with the carrying bag though. To throw in my lunch box, the holes and fabric of mesh would get gross pretty quickly and its multilayered mesh with a padding of sorts so it would absorb any spills I might have in my lunch bag. And as for hiking/camping, a regular, single layer, mesh sack is ideal to hang-dry after washing; but, the thick, padded mesh that this has would not dry very well. I probably just won't use the case and instead just keep them clipped together.

Just loved it. My wife & I used it in a 3-day backpacking in the Sequoia Nat'l Forest back country. Light, easy to use, easy to clean!

Works great for my lunch cooler.

Widelec i nóż 100% ok, łyżkę oceniłbym na 70% - jest troskę za płaska. Plus za klips i pokrowiec. Bardzo lekki zestaw. Polecam!

The fork catches in the bag because the bag is perforated. A smooth bag would have been a much better choice. The cutlery itself is good.

Really good on long term use

Sorprendentemente ligeros y resistentes. El acabado mate es muy bonito y agradable al uso, aunque ligeramente áspero cuando se introduce en la boca. Encuentro que el tenedor es algo pequeño y el cuchillo, pese a ser serrado, no tiene realmente filo para cortar carne o algo duro. La bolsa es excesivamente grande. Pueden ser unos buenos cubiertos para uso ocasional, en una excursión, pero no los recomiendo para su uso diario.
