Used this a a fermentable when making a homebrew Porter.
Added some wonderful flavour to my beer, fairly cheap and great depth of flavour.

Why Muscovado sugar can be so expensive I've no idea, so this one took my eye and it arrived on time as expected. If I have one minor 'gripe' , the sugar is a little bit lumpy - hence the 4 stars. Simple fix though... put it into a microwaveable dish, cover with a damp paper towel (or similar) and put of full power for about 20 seconds. The moisture from the towel gets absorbed into the sugar and softens the lumps. making it easier to to use - you may have to do it a couple of times. That said, excellent value for money and the taste? no different from the high street and more expensive brands

Good for boba
this is great i’m not a bot i promise i ordered this to make boba and it tastes soooo good i also used it to make a syrup to keep the boba in and it’s amazing adds so much flavour but it also has some hard sugar lumps in it which are weird and hard to break but overall it’s great.

Product labels were falling off but great overall.
Product is great and love the sustainable packaging however, the labels were literally falling off the product as if to say the item was packaged inside a home. Definitely would not have passed quality control should there have been any but nevertheless, great authentic sugar!
