Gritty Texture & Non-Returnable
The dates have a gritty, dust-like texture while eating, which is unpleasant and shows poor quality. Also, the product is non-returnable, which is very disappointing. My advice: don’t buy this online—better to purchase offline where you can check the quality.

Average not good for 5 star and not bad for 2 star 3 is perfect for the Dates.
I didn’t rate your product as 100% because, in recent times, I’ve noticed that the product quality has diminished by around 25–30% compared to earlier. Although I still like the dates and continue to purchase them regularly, I believe that if the company truly wants to expand its market, it must focus on improving both product and packaging quality. Strict quality checks should be implemented. From what I’ve observed, most Indian customers are willing to pay a fair price if the quality meets their expectations — only a few prioritize cost over quality. Therefore, by maintaining consistent standards and upgrading quality control, the company can ensure strong long-term growth.

Dates of very poor quality,. Very small size, dry and tasteless. Looks unappealing. Not suitable for serving to guests. Good only for cooking.
