I like that they prevent opening of the window from the top or bottom pane.

Locks
The locks appear to be sturdy but a little smaller than what I expected. I didn’t keep them because of a suggestion from my locksmith.

They are decent
These are better than the Slideco-Primeline. Not high security, by any means. These are used on cabinets and other applications though originally intended for sliding horizontal or vertical windows.

It works as advertised
I used the lock on a sliding closet door. I wanted to be able to secure the door when my young grandchild is staying with us. While the hollow door makes it less than ideal, the insert helps to strengthen the connection. It was easy to install with a 1/2 in drill and screwdriver

Fairly easy to install. You hardly notice it's there. Great value for 2 locks.

To me this company owes me 800 dollars
To me this company owes me 800 dollars for a new sliding glass door. I read the instructions and did just as they said and it broke my glass in my door I am so disappointed and upset it was 800 dollars I didn’t have to spend when all I was trying to do was protect myself and my family. If I was you I would not take the chance for the same thing to happen to you.
